Domestic Long Hair / Mixed (long coat) Cat

James the Cat needs a home

Sweet Baby James is a little ashamed of his eye. He does not like people to look at it. He thinks it ruins his looks and may make people not like him.

However, James is a unforgettable Maine Coon mix that has spent 2 1/2 months of his life in a cage in a overcrowded shelter. He is only four and a 1/2 months old. He had two eyes when he arrived at the shelter but lost one there due to a upper respiratory condition that was not treated in time. When Catsnap pulled him he went t
o the vet and we were told the eye needed to come out. But on the day of surgery the vet that was scheduled to take out his eye decided not to as it is actually looking better.

He loves other cats, he loves brushing, he loves toys and he is learning to love people. He likes to wrestle with stuffed toys and he always wins.

James has nothing to be ashamed of. He is a sweet ball of puffy fur! And he should know he is much loved by all who meet him.

Unforgettable!

He will be a big boy when he is grown up.

Our animals that come into Catsnap are the glue that holds this group together. We all understand there is no "I" to Animal Rescue. There is only we. And we together, all of us, can make lives for animals like James and all of the others so much better.
